Credit Wreckers // Credit One

Only 1.5% of Americans have a perfect credit score...but almost everyone has credit score anxiety. To make credit education more approachable (dare we even say fun!?) we created the Credit Wreckers: a cast of troublemakers inspired by the everyday habits that quietly damage your credit. As the Wreckers stir up chaos, Credit One Bank is then able to step in as the voice of reason, with straightforward advice to help people build credit with confidence.

OOH Stunt

After creating a full suite of social videos for each character, we then let the Credit Wreckers loose across New York through mixed-reality social content with Voidz and IRL "Beware" posters plastered around the city. For the grand finale, we created a mega-sized SoHo billboard that literally crushed the Wreckers, complete with animatronic legs, little grunts, and a spectacle that drew hundreds of thousands of eyeballs.
